I painted this a very long time ago. I think I was just experimenting.
I’ve loved the story of Noah’s Ark, for as long as I can remember. Apart from anything else it’s a beautiful story of salvation from the storms of life. Possibly I’m in the minority of people who think this story is beautiful – mainly it’s a story of devastation, isn’t it? But, there was also salvation and a promise. And as the waves receded there came new life.
The original is A4 size and painted on thick paper with acrylics. It can be purchased for £70, framed – includes P&P, within the UK.
